I became a river
I became a river is a short film written, directed, produced by, and featuring Alexandra Chopson. The short piece served as her senior thesis project at Ball State University. Inspiration for this film came from Chopson's admiration for the natural world, her concern for the human condition, and the clarity of being she found through her plastiques-heavy undergrad movement courses. Mary Overlie's Six Viewpoints helped focus the style of the film,
as well as the original improvised score performed by Chopson.
